Whenever a home in your neighborhood is listed on the Black Hills Multiple Listing Service, you will receive an email that contains the details of the home, including the address, lot size, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, asking price and pictures! You will also receive notification when the price or status on a home changes so you can see how fast properties are moving in your neighborhood.

This service is for EVERYONE! You do not need to have any future plans to buy or sell a house. This is simply a service to keep you current on our local real estate market, as well as you own home's current market value.

Note: This service is free and you can cancel it at any time. The service is available for any city in the Black Hills area. If you live in Rapid City, then the notifications will be for your specific neighborhood/subdivision, unless you specify other locations of interest as well.
